I understand life happens! However, if you have to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask you give me 48 hours notice so I can fill your spot. If a cancelation happens within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged. If you no show your appointment, a 100% fee will be charged. Communication is key!
I do not offer any sort of refunds. All sales are final. However,I want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their hair! If you are not satisfied, or have anything you would like to be tweaked, I ask you let me know within 3-5 days of your service. We can go from there for figure out a plan for your hair. Anything after 3-5 days will be considered a new service, and will be charged as such.
If you are running late to your appointment, please text me to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.
